Anna, myself and mum were in the icu after dad had been knocked down, Brian had left after hours of being there....we were chatting about an up and coming event we were running for Maggie's, it was the Hawaiian theme bbq, we were all really excited about it, and Anna decided to try and remind dad of why he needed to get better and be there, she said " we have your favourite, spare ribs" at that we all creased up and started crying with laughter as my dad had broken ribs as well as a hell if a lot more wrong with him. It was the funniest thing ever....my dad woke up for a few seconds but didn't click ...Anna, even in the hardest of times, you got us through with your typical sense of humour. It was priceless. ..love you sis. ..big time. Xxx
