3 classes back to back, rpm, metafit extra and an aqua class....equating to running, cycling and swimming of a triathlon....minimum donate of £5 which goes to Maggie's....given on the day before it all begins...held at cowdenbeath leisure centre...Updates

13th September 2015Just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who took part, helped out and donated to the triathlon...it was an amazing day, emotional but amazing. We are going to make it sn annual event but bigger and better...
